Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh for as long as possible?
To maximize longevity, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival, place them in clean water with the provided flower food, and keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor. We will leave a door tag or send a notification to let the recipient know where the flowers are located.
Can I customize a bouquet or request specific flowers?
Absolutely. While our online shop features curated designs, you can contact our floral designers directly to create a bespoke arrangement tailored to your specific preferences and seasonal availability.
What is your return or refund policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your blooms, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Do you provide floral services for weddings and large events?
Yes, O'Neills Flowers specializes in event floral design. We recommend booking a consultation at least 3-6 months in advance to secure your date and discuss your vision.
