At O'Neills Flowers, we strive for perfection in every petal, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are dedicated to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach high-quality photographs of the flowers and the packaging to help our florists assess the quality concern or shipping damage.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for the return of non-perishable items if applicable.
- 4.Resolution
Upon approval, we will immediately arrange for a fresh replacement bouquet to be delivered or process a full refund to your original payment method.
